                 physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. the relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. much is not yet understood. but we do know what the greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong




               this quote is telling us that it is always good to exercise and to be healthy it isn't just to have a healthy body but it will also help of creativeand dynamic and intellegence. it is always good to be healthy and have good characteristics because it will be easier in life and you will live longer because you are healthy and you wont get virusus you will have a healthy heart.

To start all of I chose this place because it has always been my dream to go their because I want to have a great carrier in Spain not only because of this also because there is so many nice places to go and so many fun things to do and to expierence there is so many nice beaches to go to. you could see the roman castle and the king of Spain. you could also try new things  for example to try new foods or snacks and  learn how to talk there language

The main reason I chose this place is because I have a dream to become a professional soccer player and play in a soccer stadium in spain. That’s is the main reason in why I chose this place.

 this quote is telling us to be yourself and to dont listen to the naysayers. if you just be yourself and be a good student and forget others people opinions than you will succeedd in life. you will have a higher standard. people dont have to belive in you as long as you belive in yourself you will succeed. with or without them. dont regret things. dont put blame in yourself. be responsible and your future will be amazing and successful. stand up on your own because at last th only thing that matters is you.

         this quote is telling us that if you avoid others people problems you will not get into trouble or into problems if you hear somthing about someone and you think is not true then dont say nothing because at the end you will end up in fights and problems and if you know what kind of things look good and what dont look so good than you will earn youself problems for example if your friends tell you to go party with them but you have to studie for a quiz tomoorow if you know whats good and whats not than you have to stay home and study and not go to the party because if you go to the party you will do bad in the quiz and you will get a bad grade and have problems to graduate.
